Return Policy - Shiva Electronics
Shiva Electronics will accept returns of UNOPENED and UNUSED ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your electronics item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and protective seals intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return:
• Unopened electronics products in original sealed packaging
• Products with manufacturing defects (within warranty period)
• Wrong items delivered due to our error
• Damaged items received during shipping
Items NOT eligible for return:
• Opened or used electronics products
• Products with broken seals or missing accessories
• Items damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
• Products without original packaging
• Customized or personalized electronics
• Software, downloadable products, or digital goods
• Items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To return your product, you can request to return the product within 14 days of receipt of your order by:
1. Contacting our customer service team via email or phone
2. Providing your order number and reason for return
3. We will review your request and email you the return authorization and shipping label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Attach the return label and ship the product back to us
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Refund amount:
• Full refund: For unopened products in original condition
• Partial refund: For products with missing accessories or damaged packaging (at our discretion)
• No refund: For products that don't meet return eligibility criteria
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at [Your Email] and send your item to the address we provide.
For different product exchanges, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged electronics product:
1. Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
4. Return shipping will be covered by us
Warranty Claims
For products covered under manufacturer warranty:
• Contact us with your order number and warranty card
• Describe the issue with the product
• We will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair or replacement
• Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs:

• We will provide a prepaid return label for approved returns
